As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our logistics and transport operations and are currently seeking a BP (Brand Promoter) to join our team and oversee the efficient management of our activities.
Job Overview:
We are looking for a smart, organized, and experienced professional to join our team as a Brand Promoter. The role of a Brand Promoter (BP), or Brand Promoter, primarily involves being the face of a company’s brand and engaging with customers to increase brand awareness and drive sales. BPs work closely with marketing and sales teams to execute promotional strategies both online and at physical events
Qualifications for Brand Promoter:
- Minimum HSC or equivalent educational qualification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Ability to coordinate with team members and supervisors to achieve promotional targets.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace, or mobile reporting tools.
- Good observation, analytical, and problem-solving skills to handle customer queries and on-spot challenges.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- High level of adaptability, learning attitude, and willingness to take on new responsibilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage daily promotional activities.
- Basic understanding of sales processes, brand representation, and customer service principles.
- Knowledge of basic business operations and corporate processes.
Experience:
We prioritize practical expertise, strong analytical skills, and operational efficiency in our Brand Promoter. Candidates should possess 0 to 1 year of proven experience in any professional department, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced business environment. We value individuals who are curious, proactive, and committed to continuous learning, with the ambition to grow into future leaders within the organization. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in brand promotor work in super shops.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the presence of all products on the Product gondola or Product shelf.
- Treat each customer well, inform the customer about the product, explain the product’s qualities, and arrange for the product to be sold.
- Receive product orders from the Purchase Department and forward the order to the relevant department of the company.
- After the product is delivered, arrange for it to be picked up from the store department and placed on the product display.
- List all products that are nearing their expiration date and sell them quickly.
- Keeping observation on the quality of competing companies’ products and any promotions and informing the relevant department on time.
