Rahul Group is one of the leading conglomerates in North Bengal, with over 25 years of experience in the FMCG and industrial sectors. As part of our ongoing growth, we are expanding our supply chain operations and are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Quality Controller.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a smart, organized, and experienced professional to join our team as a Quality Controller. A Quality Controller ensures products and services meet specific standards through inspection, testing, and process monitoring. This involves checking for defects, ensuring compliance with regulations, and working with other departments to make corrections and improvements. The role is crucial for maintaining product quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Engineering (Food Technology)
- Strong understanding of quality control and assurance processes in production, especially in the food/FMCG sector.
- Ability to inspect raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP, and food safety regulations will be an added advantage.
- Skilled in maintaining quality inspection records, test reports, and compliance documentation.
- Ability to identify defects, analyze root causes, and suggest corrective actions promptly.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong observation skills.
- Capable of working independently as well as in coordination with the production and R&D teams.
- Candidates with prior experience in quality control or food production units will be given priority.

Experience:
We prioritize practical expertise and operational efficiency. Candidates should have 1 to 2 years of proven experience in FMCG QC, ensuring inspection, testing, and process monitoring. This involves checking for defects, ensuring compliance with regulations, and working with other departments to make corrections and improvements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality checks on raw materials, in-process, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs) and ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP guidelines.
- Inspect production lines to ensure hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols are followed.
- Verify calibration and proper functioning of laboratory and production testing equipment.
- Document and maintain test results, inspection records, and deviation reports accurately.
- Coordinate with Production and QA teams to maintain product consistency and quality
- Participate in continuous improvement programs to enhance quality, efficiency, and compliance.
