Rahul Group is one of the leading conglomerates in North Bengal with over 25 years of experience in the FMCG and industrial sectors. As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our logistics and transport operations and are currently seeking an MTO to join our team and oversee the efficient management of our activities.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a smart, organized, and experienced professional to join our team as an MTO. An MTO or Management Trainee Officer, is an entry-level, rotational position designed to train recent graduates for future management roles. Responsibilities include assisting managers, learning about different departments, and completing projects to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business, often across various functions. The program rotates MTOs through different areas to prepare them for leadership, with a focus on learning company culture, policies, and achieving departmental goals. 

Qualifications for Management Trainee Officer (MTO):
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA), MBA, or any equivalent discipline from a reputable university; professional certifications such as PGD-HRM are a plus.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and team leadership abilities.
  • Proficient in computer applications and business software (MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • High level of adaptability, learning agility, and willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of basic business operations, human resources, and corporate processes.

Experience:

We prioritize practical expertise, strong analytical skills, and operational efficiency in our Management Trainee Officers. Candidates should possess 0 to 1 year of proven experience in any professional department, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced business environment. Fresh graduates from any business discipline, including Marketing, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, or Management, are also highly encouraged to apply. We value individuals who are curious, proactive, and committed to continuous learning, with the ambition to grow into future leaders within the organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and ensure accuracy of information in the ERP system.
  • Handle leave management, overtime entries, shift changes, and attendance tracking within the ERP system.
  • Organize and maintain personal files, HR documents, and confidential records securely.
  • Conduct daily floor visits to monitor operations, support staff, and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Assist in employee onboarding and induction programs, ensuring new hires are integrated effectively.
  • Support performance appraisal processes by collecting data, maintaining records, and coordinating with departments.
  • Coordinate and assist in employee engagement activities, training programs, and workshops.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to HR and management as needed.
  • Assist in policy implementation, compliance checks, and reporting related to HR processes.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance HR efficiency and employee experience.
