We are currently seeking talented and motivated professionals to join our Marketing Team as Digital Marketer & Social Media Moderator. The selected candidates will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns while maintaining an active and engaging social media presence to support the company’s branding, lead generation, and business growth objectives.
Job Overview:
We are looking for smart, enthusiastic, and results-driven professionals with experience in digital marketing, social media management, performance marketing, and analytics. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, creative thinking abilities, and a data-driven approach to campaign optimization and audience engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital advertising, and online marketing tools.
- Skills Required: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet Browsing, Social Media Management, Digital Advertising Platforms, Reporting & Analytics.
Experience:
Candidates should have 3–4 years of experience in digital media planning and performance marketing. Experience in managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms and working with data-driven optimization strategies is highly preferred.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Strong understanding of platform analytics and attribution ecosystems.
- Experience in digital campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
- Experience working with performance-focused campaigns and reporting frameworks.
- Excellent client, stakeholder, and communication management skills.
- Practical knowledge of tracking implementation, analytics tools, and campaign performance measurement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run, optimize, and manage performance campaigns on Meta, Google, DV360, and other digital platforms.
- Handle conversion tracking, GTM/Firebase setup, SDK coordination, attribution, and troubleshooting.
- Build and maintain Looker Studio dashboards and analyze performance insights, including funnels, audience behavior, and conversions.
- Manage e-commerce, app, telecom, and ROI-focused campaigns with strong optimization strategies.
- Create, schedule, publish, and monitor social media content across multiple platforms.
- Moderate social media channels by responding to customer inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor brand reputation and audience engagement across digital channels.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Generate campaign performance reports and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing initiatives.
- Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to support business objectives.
- Any other responsibilities assigned by management.
