Presently, our esteemed company is seeking a highly qualified and experienced professional in the role of Head of (HR & Admin) to support the business expansion and join as head of our Human Resources team, who will have to play a crucial role in shaping and
implementing human resources strategies. The ideal candidate must have solid leadership skills and a track record of successfully implementing HR strategies.
Job Overview:
We are actively seeking an experienced and strategic Head of HR and Admin to lead and strengthen our team. This individual should possess a blend of people management skills, in-depth knowledge of compliance regulations, and strong leadership qualities. The Head of HR and Admin will play a pivotal role in cultivating a positive organizational culture, ensuring regulatory adherence, and enhancing our employee experience.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree from a recognized University. BBA and MBA with major in HRM.
- PGD HRM (BIM) certified will be given preference.
Experience:
We prioritize skills and practical abilities over formal academic qualifications, though prior experience in HR and Admin is highly valued. Candidates with at least 8 to 10 years of experience in Human Resources and Administration are preferred, particularly in dynamic environments such as Corporate Offices, Manufacturing Units, FMCG Industries, or Groups of Companies. Experience in managing multi-functional teams and implementing compliance frameworks is highly desirable.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives to support the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Handle employee relations issues, mediate conflicts, and ensure a positive work environment.
- Manage performance appraisal processes, performance improvement plans, and talent development.
- Ensure the organization complies with labor laws and regulations and keeps policies and procedures up-to-date.
- Administer and oversee compensation and benefits programs.
- Identify training needs, develop training programs, and support employee development.
- Use data and analytics to make informed HR decisions and drive improvements.
- Oversee HR systems and tools, including HRMS (Human Resource Management System).
- Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address complex HR issues effectively.
- A high level of integrity and an understanding of the importance of maintaining confidentiality.
- The HR field is constantly evolving, so the ability to adapt to new trends and technologies is important.

Job Overview:
We are actively seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Manager – Accounts & Finance to join our growing team. This individual should demonstrate a robust understanding of financial management, strategic budgeting, and compliance with accounting standards. The Manager of accounts & Finance will be integral in maintaining the financial health of our organization and supporting our strategic objectives through sound financial planning and analysis.
Qualifications:
- M.Com/ MBA in Accounting/Finance from any reputed university.
- CA (knowledge level completed), ACCA, CMA, partly qualified would be highly preferred.
- ACA/ACMA, Accounting, Accounting Software.
- Experience in any tax & VAT-related work or training would be of additional value for the position.
- Good Communication Skills in English & Bengali and also skills in computing like (MS Office Package, and ERP).
Experience:

Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure total works of accounts & finance department.
- GL scrutiny, reconciliation & reporting for A R, A P, Inventory, A FA, etc.
- Accounting entry in the software ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), preparation of Financial Statements.
- Regularities of Tax & VAT in a factory with head office consultation.
- Maintain Bank-related works applicable for VAT & Tax purposes.
- Prepare Monthly sales reconciliation.
- Salary Tax Returns 108, 108A etc.
- Relevant records to ensure compliance With VAT and Tax issues.
- To ensure appropriate Deduction of TDS/VDS from Different parties as per Ordinance’ RuleJAct/SRO.
- Precise application Of TDS & VDS as per prevailing laws and regulations.
- Customs Duty & Taxes & SD Calculations and Landed Cost Sheet Preparation.
- All types of license renewal and registration are on time.
- To perform any job assigned by the management.
