Compensation Package:
- Salary: 25,000 to 35,000 taka (depending on skills)
- Annual salary increment (Eligibility conditions may apply)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Motion Graphics Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in animation, video editing, and visual storytelling across digital platforms. Key responsibilities include designing engaging motion graphics for social media, advertisements, and promotional videos; editing video content with visual effects and sound design; and collaborating with the marketing and branding teams to maintain visual consistency. Proficiency in software like After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator is essential. A keen eye for design, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment are a must. Qualifications:
- Graduation from any discipline.
- Professional certifications in Motion Graphics, Animation, or Visual Effects will be considered a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative motion graphics, animations, and video editing projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Understanding of visual storytelling, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Experience in creating engaging content for digital platforms, especially social media and advertising.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work closely with marketing and branding teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
- A creative, disciplined, and self-motivated individual with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Experience:
We prioritize creative excellence and technical proficiency. Candidates should have 2 to 5 years of proven experience in motion graphics design, animation, and visual storytelling. Hands-on experience with creating engaging animations for digital campaigns, social media, advertisements, and corporate videos is essential. The ideal candidate must be skilled in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop, with a strong sense of timing, composition, and visual rhythm. Familiarity with 3D motion tools, video editing workflows, and branding guidelines will be considered a strong advantage. Experience in collaborating with marketing and creative teams to deliver visually compelling content on time is highly valued.
Responsibilities:
- Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and video content for digital platforms, social media, advertisements, and internal communications.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to conceptualize and execute visual ideas that align with brand identity and campaign goals.
- Design dynamic graphics for intros, outros, transitions, and animated elements in videos and presentations.
- Edit raw video footage and enhance it with motion effects, sound design, and animated overlays.
- Maintain consistency in visual storytelling, brand colors, typography, and animation styles across all assets.
- Manage project timelines, meet deadlines, and ensure all deliverables meet high-quality production standards.
- Organize and maintain a motion graphics asset library for reusable templates, transitions, and effects.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new software, and animation techniques to bring fresh ideas to the team.
- Support the creative team in refining visual content and ensuring a seamless viewer experience across multimedia outputs.
