Job Overview:
The Brand Promoter (BP) will represent Rahul Group’s brands by engaging directly with customers, increasing brand awareness, promoting products, and driving sales through various promotional campaigns. The selected candidate will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to execute field-level promotional activities across Bangladesh.
Job Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling company products through various campaign activities, including:
- Sales booth promotions
- Caravan campaigns
- Fair and exhibition stall sales
- School campaigns
- Door-to-door promotional campaigns
- Any other promotional or marketing campaigns assigned by the company.
- Observe competitors’ products, pricing, and promotional activities, and report findings to the concerned department.
- Maintain daily promotional reports and coordinate effectively with supervisors and team members.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum HSC or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and sales orientation.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office, Google Workspace, or mobile reporting applications.
- Good observation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
- Basic understanding of business operations, sales processes, and brand promotion.
Experience:
We prioritize practical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach in our Brand Promoters. Candidates should possess 0 to 1 year of experience in sales, brand promotion, customer service, retail operations, or any related field, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment. Fresh candidates with strong communication skills and a positive attitude are also encouraged to apply. Preference will be given to candidates who have previous experience as a Brand Promoter in retail outlets or other field-level promotional activities.
Requirements:
- Must be willing to work in different locations within Bogura district as well as various districts across Bangladesh.
- Comfortable working in field-level promotional and marketing activities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and willingness to travel.
