Compensation Package:
- Salary: Salary: BDT 80,000 – 120,000
- Annual salary increment (Eligibility conditions may apply)
- Two (2) times yearly festival bonus (Eligibility conditions may apply)

Presently, our esteemed company is seeking a highly qualified and experienced professional in the role of Head of (HR & Admin) to support the business expansion and join as head of our Human Resources team, who will have to play a crucial role in shaping and
implementing human resources strategies. The ideal candidate must have solid leadership skills and a track record of successfully implementing HR strategies.
Job Overview:
We are actively seeking an experienced and strategic Head of HR and Admin to lead and strengthen our team. This individual should possess a blend of people management skills, in-depth knowledge of compliance regulations, and strong leadership qualities. The Head of HR and Admin will play a pivotal role in cultivating a positive organizational culture, ensuring regulatory adherence, and enhancing our employee experience.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree from a recognized University. BBA and MBA with major in HRM.
- PGD HRM (BIM) certified will be given preference.

Experience:
We prioritize skills and practical abilities over formal academic qualifications, though prior experience in HR and Admin is highly valued. Candidates with at least 8 to 10 years of experience in Human Resources and Administration are preferred, particularly in dynamic environments such as Corporate Offices, Manufacturing Units, FMCG Industries, or Groups of Companies. Experience in managing multi-functional teams and implementing compliance frameworks is highly desirable.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives to support the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Handle employee relations issues, mediate conflicts, and ensure a positive work environment.
- Manage performance appraisal processes, performance improvement plans, and talent development.
- Ensure the organization complies with labor laws and regulations and keeps policies and procedures up-to-date.
- Administer and oversee compensation and benefits programs.
- Identify training needs, develop training programs, and support employee development.
- Use data and analytics to make informed HR decisions and drive improvements.
- Oversee HR systems and tools, including HRMS (Human Resource Management System).
- Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address complex HR issues effectively.
- A high level of integrity and an understanding of the importance of maintaining confidentiality.
- The HR field is constantly evolving, so the ability to adapt to new trends and technologies is important.
