Refund & Return Policy – Rahul Group
At Rahul Group, we value our customers and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy, we are here to help.
1. Returns
- Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.
- In its original packaging with invoice/receipt.
- Perishable items (e.g., food products) cannot be returned once opened or partially consumed.
2. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email/SMS.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds will be made to your original payment method (bank/mobile wallet/credit card) or as store credit, depending on your preference.
3. Exchange
- If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong product, we will exchange it at no extra cost.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
- Opened food products, hygiene items, and perishable goods.
- Products purchased on special promotions, clearance, or giveaways (unless defective).

6. Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we will cover the shipping cost.
